Case Description
Hi there, I have Medicaid for my son and I and am new to the Las Vegas area. I am looking for a general family dentist who accepts this insurance and who can see the both of us at the same time. My son is 1 1/2 yrs old and needs his first check-up, I need a tooth fixed that the dentist in Iowa said was fine, but yet i am in pain 24/7 and take about 2,000 mg in ibubrofen, everyday. Can anyone help and also let me know if theirs a small co-pay fee. Also, one more question, my friend's 2 sons needs to be seen as well and she doesnt have any health insurance until March, can they be seen with no insurance and just do a payment plan? Thank you so much for your time.

Are You This Patient?
When selecting a new doctor, consider the following:
Quality of Explanations: Compare dentist replies. Give preference to well-reasoned, detail-oriented, transparent explanations.
Experience & Qualifications: If a dentist has a practice listing, check their practice description,
special training, typical office procedures and before & after case photographs.
Other Patients' Freedback: If a dentist has reviews, read other patients' reviews. The more
reviews they have, the more likely it is that other patients' feeback is accurate.
Treatment Costs: Dental procedure costs vary from practice to practice and depend on a variety of factors.
Because quality of patient care and treatment results vary from practice to practice most dentists will not "price-match" treatment fees of others.

Hi there,We accept Medicaid at my office. As I understand there are different providers for Medicaid. I would invite you to call my office at 702-643-7720 to make sure that we take the Medicaid from your provider. We are working on taking all of them.Your son is about due for his first check up. We can do the checkup but if any treatment is required other than the checkup and cleaning a referral to a pediatric dentist may be required because of his age.If your friends do not have insurance, it is not a problem. They can be seen as Fee for Service patients until they get dental insurance. My office is located in the North East part of Las Vegas close to Nellis AFB. At the corner of Lamb and Las Vegas Blvd North. If this is convenient for you, please give us a call.Dr. Drake
