Case Description
His mom took tetracycline when she was pregnant with him. He has never smiled a day in his life! Now he just about to lose all of his teeth. He went to get dentures last year and was told he needs a sinus lift as well. The only problem is he was laid off last year due to the bad economic conditions. All of his molars are gone/extracted and now he is about to lose the front teeth. Please help!!!!

I am sure that your husband does not need sinus lifts to get dentures. Probably for implants. I do lot of implants and rarely need to lift the sinuses thanks to new approaches and technology. Get several opinions because they will vary greatly. A good approach for your husband might be dentures with implants to follow once you get back on your feet financially.I always offer free denture and implant consults which includes a ct scan. We do some in house financing in my office for those who cannot qualify for other types of credit. Hope this helps
