Case Description

i have 3 teeth broken to the gums on the left my 2 front teeth are chipped on the back side and the one tooth on the right is loose and the gumline is reciding back. would like to have them all removed on the top and have full denture. currently have partial. would need to be put to sleep for extraction. have no insurance
