Patient had traumatic occlusion on anterior central incisors which eventually fractured one porcelain crown. Teeth were loose and crowns were leaking at margins causing a grayish appearance at the gumline.

Preps were redone to eliminate the early contact with bite which improved the problem with tooth mobility and new all porcelain crowns were seated.
