My family would not have been going to Dr. Spelman for 20+ years if we don't think he's the best dentist in Las Vegas. Dr. Spelman never makes you feel rushed, all of your questions are answered with patience and clarity. And it's not just about your dental visit, we always talk about family and mutual interests. From the front desk to the Hygienist you will experience a friendly and professional staff. The facility is beautiful and high tech. Of course we would recommend Dr. Spelman.

Dr. Spelman shows true concern for his patients as does everyone in his office. If you have an emergency, they are there for you and make every effort to take care of you right away. Dr. Spelman is a perfectionist in every way and

carefully explains in detail what needs to be done. They do all they can to accomodate you. Their offices are bright and

comfortable and the staff very professional. He is ranked one of the top in the state and I am so grateful to have found him. If you are looking for a dentist who does outstanding work and of the highest integrity, I recommend Dr. Stephen Spelman.

The customer care from Dr. Spelman is awesome. You get reminder emails of when it is time for your next appointment as well as a follow up call as to how you are doing after a

major procedure.

Lastly I would like to comment on Dorothy who handles the insurance and many other office functions. Dorothy is a gem and will work very hard with the insurance companies in processing your claims and in getting work approved.

About Hygienist: My hyguebust is Grace and she is awesome. My teeth were very sensitive due to the chemo and radiation I had to undergo. Grace was gentle and thorough.

While my teeth are in excellent condition for a 55 year old man, my wife is not so lucky. She recently had a root canal and was very satisfied with her treatment. Dr. Spelman even called her at home later that day to see how she was doing. Needless to say, she was doing just fine. We moved here from Seattle about two years ago. We had the same dentist for 16 years. I think we've found a keeper here. The entire staff is very professional and very caring.

I had been going to another dentist at Dr. Spellmans OFC and Just Recently switch to Dr S. I couldnt believe how well he took care of me. I will never go anywhere else. I had a severe root canel that 3 other dr.s wanted to charge me 1500-2k. It was affordable and I really felt TRUST. He took the time to make sure it was done right , its hard to find a Dentist that is Honest!!! Dr. Spellman you are the BEST!! I have been going to Dr Spelman for over 20 years and decided it was time to step up and write something. I have had a number of issues with my teeth over the years and Dr Spelman has always been there for me. On two ocassions he even came to visit me on the weekend when I broke a tooth. His new office is very professional yet it has a very comfortable feeling. His staff makes you feel like you are part of the family. My teeth have been in great condition for the past several years and I look forward to getting them cleaned every 6 months. I saw Dr. Spelman years ago when I was visiting Vegas from San Diego and had tooth pain. I needed a root canal which he did for me and I went back to get a crown. Years later I had ortho work done in San Diego and when my braces came off I went back to see Dr. Spelman for several crowns. He is through and an expert at what he does. There are lots of dentists in San Diego but I traveled to Vegas to get all my work done from Dr. Spelman because I trusted his advice and work. Dr Spelman is one of the nicest dentists I hve been to. As a kid I had a very tempermental dentist in Beverly Hills who scared me for life of dentists. When I first met Dr Spelman I was surprised that he was so calming. Because of my childhood experience it took a lot of courage for me to even make an appointment. Once I did I was glad. Dr Spelman is an excellent surgeon. I had a growth on my tongue and he made that procedure painless. Everyone in the office is extremely professional and very friendly. I think he is worth every penny he charges.

About Hygienist: Going for cleanings has always been a scarey experience. The hygenist knows how to clean teeth without gouging my gums . She is very outgoing and makes the experience pleasant.

Though not an oral surgeon, Dr. Spelman is as good a general dentist as Las Vegas offers. His staff is extremely accomodating, he uses the most modern techniques, and is located in a top notch, free standing facility in SW Las Vegas. He has practiced in Las Vegas for his entire career.

About Hygienist: The hygienists are very friendly and competent. More intense procedures, such as root planing, are, however, very expensive.

I only lived in Las Vegas a year. My wife went to Dr. Spelman just because he was on our insurance and he was close. She was very pleased, so I went also. Wonderful experience. Knowledgable, takes time with you, good cleaning, and the Dr. himself walks you through things. The offices are immaculate as well. I was very impressed. The price was also virtually nothing (just my copayment - but I had good insurance - they charged me for nothing beyond the co-payment - including the x-rays). Great choice for a dentist.

Good Dentist. He has good manners and very knowledgable. Prices are more on the high side. My insurance only covers a portion as his services exceed the limit. When he was small he was a prefered provider. Now he is above what they will pay. Check with your insurance first or call for his prices.
